Original site for the ANTI-MAP HACK MAPS. These maps alert you when your enemy is hacking (works with most maps hacks except a few -lukily not the populars in BattleNet). Be warned this site take a while to download -just be patient and it has a tojan for IE (only).
Very good site made by the Swedish broodwar gaming community. Amazingly enough they have given it an international flavour and have made it mainly in english. Very good php.
The best and only site you will ever need for finding VODS and Replays.
Be warned it sometimes takes serveral attempts to enter plus its in chinese so it makes things a little difficult. -_- V

Great Toss site by famous hacker catcher girl by cute_angel_nz. It has a good collection of Toss strategies most borrowed from Wgt and organized (also she got rid of all the crap). She is so good at catching hacker Wgt invited her to belong to the administration.
Wgtour Good source for trully international news and competetive gaming, beware of anyone called an admin, a few will give you much grief.
Currently the number one source for Broodwar news. Often you will find news here that are thereafter copied on all other sites.
If you want a map, mad/mod editing tools, or SCUMS this is your site. Aperently working again fairly decently.
http://www.wgtour.com/lmrb This is a program add on to BWchart that gives you even greater parameters for search and organizing 1v1 replays only. you can actually tell it to find you all the 6 pool zerg replays ~ and it will !! It also has a feature, which I think is worthless, that lets you download replays from wgtour automatically which might tickle the replay fanatic in the right spot.
Amazing. You can scratch all your programer map source sites ~ this one has them all. Literally. You can download all 10.1 megabytes at around 50 kbs/sec. I do not think this site will be up for too long because some of the maps enclosed are not endorsed for free distribution by a famous Korean progamer league who apparently own the name (not the actually maps ~ you can rename the maps and all is legal).
This is the main German broodwar site in English. The content in it is much the same as in www.starcraftgamers.com but with a German flavour and a greater attention to European tournaments ~ both gosu and newbie. Its like the main German ladder page. To use their own description its the: International tourneys by Blutkrieg.de and Broodwar.de site.
More very good RWA' s and some not so good - all worth while.
